If the product is not what you wanted, you have 7 days to return unworn items for FREE. Please contact us for more information on how to return your order.

Not the right size? We exchange it. To obtain an exchange, you have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order, by sending us a simple email with an exchange request:

ATTENTION :We accept items without wear marks, the item can not be washed, scented, dirty from the bottom, or otherwise.

Warranty :

Warranty: If the Chunky Force shoes are faulty by our mistake, please send us an email. We will happily send you a new pair. Chunky Force warrants to the customer that the order will be executed with due care and diligence.

Any Chunky Force product returned upon approval of the service department and found to be defective by Chunky Force will be replaced within 15 days with an identical model. Products returned for inspection must be sent to our address. If the product is no longer available, you will be offered a choice of models from the Chunky Force website or we will return you the money.

The shipping costs of "return product" will be at our expense in the following 2 cases: 

• Defective product.
• Product delivery error on our part.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse, failure to follow washing and ironing instructions, or damage resulting from exposure of the product to excessive temperature.
