Refund policy
We have 7 days exchange policy. This means 7 days after receiving your Chunky Force order, you can contact us to exchange for a different size. We do not accept returns only exchanges for different sizes because each pair is made individually for every single order, it is a custom product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase/email order confirmation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a different pair that you have requested. Sometimes we have to order new sizes for you, so the exchange may take a few days.
